Hey warriors,

Do any of you know where I can download frank kerns 4 day cash machine? I watched the video for it during his pre-launch phase of list control but didn't download it as I had problems with my laptop.

When I go to the listcontrol website and blog I cant get access to any of the pre launch pages as it redirects to the sold out page.

Anyone know where I can get it? Or do any of you have it and are willing to share?

Thanks guys.

I don't have the video, but the gist of it was to do a "Customer Appreciation Sale" for 4 days and sell your stuff at a significantly reduced price. Just send an email to your list before the sale starts, then 1 email a day while the sale is running. Simple but effective, like most really good ideas.

Not sure of the copyright issues, but I just googled "4 Day Cash Machine Download" and the 6th link I got was to a copy of the video available for download on SaveVid.com.

@Soapyshoe Yes he does put out excellent stuff, although a little expensive. Have a look at his blog - there's tons of free useful stuff on there.

@raj Just because something is given away, it does not give others the rights to redistribute it. Ignorance of Copyright Law can land you in deep (and expensive) trouble. Even redistributing this via PM would be a breach of copyright.

Frank chose to distribute this for a price (your email address). The fact that he has pulled it from the listcontrol launch site and hasn't posted it to his blog indicates that he does not want this material to be in the public domain.

Actually, I got in touch with Frank's office and asked them this question, and this is the reply they sent to me:

If you were to pass on a link of Frank's where he was giving it away, that would be fine.
I think that clears things up.

There's a BIG difference between passing on a LINK where he is giving it away, and passing on the content outside of the link.

What they told you (which is correct) and what you appear to have interpreted are very different when it comes to copyright law.

I'm sure that if you asked Frank's office, "Can I PM Franks report to all of my buddies in the Warrior Forum?" you would get a very different answer.

"Someone on the WF asked for the 4 day cash machine and, as Frank has already given it away, I assumed it would be okay for me to let this guy have a copy."

That's what I wrote (part of it). I never mentioned a link at all. I said I gave him a copy.

And your last point is irrelevent as it's not something I did.

If you have a problem with this, feel free to get in touch with them yourself, because they certainly don't seem to have a problem.

And it's their product, so I guess it's only what they think that matters.

                Yep!

Think it's cleared up now though.

Regardless if he gave it away for free, it wasn't public domain. People had to go to his website to get it.

SInce he gave it away, I don't see why there should be an issue with copyright.

      raj,

PM me and I'll send you a copy.

You just revived a 5 year old thread.

As you can see from the broken link posted above, the download is no longer available.

I have his Mass Control and there is some good material in it. If you're a Tony Robbins fan or a Dan Kennedy student you'll see a lot of similarities. The 4 Day Cash Machine is a sale. Nothing really unique that hasn't been on this forum before.

The most valuable thing in his 4 Days Cash Machine, was the email swipe file. The idea is not anything new, it's the emails that were good.

Sorry Rebzi, please don't take this the wrong way, just trying to help as I know you were to help Raj.

In all seriousness, my motive is to warn you and others of the dangers of redistributing content that you don't own. Whilst your spirits are good natured, and Frank may not mind - there are others (for example Jeremy Schoemaker springs to mind) that would come down on you like a ton of **** in situations like these, then proudly brag to their community about how he successfully sued you and the forum for infringement, had your PayPal accounts shut down, etc., etc.

Whilst this may sound extreme and far fetched, the law is the law and you should always get specific consent to redistribute content.

As, I said - passing on a link is one thing (and is the OK thing to do), but giving someone a copy may be something completely different in the eyes of copyright holder and is certainly different under the law. We're all guilty of sharing stuff in this way at one time or another, but I would recommend that you don't go about it so publicly since you never know who will take offence and what the consequences may be for you or for the forum.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't help out our fellow warriors, but next time you might want to consider making such offers privately via PM instead of openly posting for all to see.

      That's fine.

But, read your own posts. The tone of this one is much different to the previous ones.

It's more than a sale- for 4 days. After each day- you pile on a bonus- until the value is so great that they buy.
