Do you know how to add a pop-up to a blog?

Hey Warriors,

I have a new pop-up program called impact pop-up. Have any of you used it?

I am not quite sure how to install it on my blog. The tutorial video's the creator provided are more about how to install on a regular html page and have very little information about how to install on a blog.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
