Best way for a lot of traffic (not targeted)?

What is the best way to get a lot of traffic? It does not need to be targeted I just want to get the numbers up a little?

    Why would you want traffic for the sake of traffic? In my experience targeted traffic is 100 times better.

      I agree. The only reason I would maybe consider getting non-targeted traffic was to build your stats to flip your site. but even then, targeted traffic is better.

      to answer your question: put a funny/sexy video on youtube(or any other type of video, but these 2 tend to be the most popular), commenting on blogs/forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.

      another great way is to do use google trends to identify hot search terms, post some good content related to that search term, and then ping/bookmark your post.

    I don't understand what the purpose is, other than increase your Alexia Score, but if you really want it, buy it. There are all sorts of companies on the net that will sell you useless hits/unique visitors.

    But don't expect even 1 sale. Having been forewarned, go to Google and search "Buy Cheap Traffic". You'll get plenty of sources.

    Expect to pay between $18 - $25 for 10,000 visitors. Better deals for higher number of visitors you pay for.

    Waste of money, but to each his own...
