Can anybody recommend a weight loss forum?

Thanks, salesgurus. I have one more question, if my link is in my profile (not sig box), that would still count for something, right? I found a great weight loss forum that allows links in the profile but has no sig box.

Having a link in your profile is essential wherever permitted. It is actually a mistake not to use this function to the max for every forum in which you have a presence. It can be far more valuable than a sig file.

I would use pingler or pingomatic to ping your profilepage, that should help your backlink showup faster.

You can find many top furums on weight loss from google search itself just type weight loss "furom" in box and search for it you will get a huge list of top forum site...

Does the forum need to be specifically centered around weight loss?

There are countless forums, such as bodybuilding dot com that have extremely active weight loss subforums. In fact, the bodybuilding dot com weight loss subforum is more popular than most stand-alone weight loss forums.

Not sure if that was what you were looking for, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to expand your forum search to include "fitness" and "bodybuilding."

go to big boards, find the first bigger 1 or 2 forums. No pun intended. LOL

Then when you visit these forums you will see many threads that ask this same question....and viola you have some very nice list of forums.

I think that you are searching in wrong way. Just Goggle it forum[ weight loss] + "backlinks". Just do it and see the result. If you do not want to see the result without backlinks then type it forum[ weight loss] - "backlinks". It is all about how you command Google to show the result.

I suggest you join weight loss groups on Social media Platforms such as Facebook,
Google Plus, Linkedin etc. those groups have have large groups of active members.
