In the old days, Google Cash was great to drive tons of traffic
to a cloaked affiliate link to make overnight commission, it was
almost a no-brainer.

But these days, I wouldn't personally recommend it anymore.

If your marketing is mainly based on Affiliate Marketing with
no products of your own. Then I would depend on "Free" and
"Targeted" traffic generating strategies rather than paid.

Such as, Article Directory Submission, Keyword Optimization,
Exploiting the power of Web 2.0, Blogging and tons more...

But here's a piece of advise, you DON'T WANT to drive
people directly to your merchant right away, you want
to use Affiliate Marketing as a way to conduct Market
Research for your own business, build up your own
customer list, while at the same time getting paid by
the merchant to build up your business for the long time.

So rather than concentrating your efforts on thinking
about ways to drive tons of traffic to your affiliate link,
I would recommend you to first build your website with
an opt-in with the incentive (reason why) people should
opt-in to your box. In the process you also presell
them to your merchant's product, then simply follow
up and covertly guide them to your affiliate link.
