Its better to ask some one who is good in CSS and PHP, to code for you a custom theme rather than buying a theme and spending for customization

Depending on how limited your budget, you'd probably be best buying a theme (or finding a free theme) which you like the look of, and which has some customizability built in.

Then find a designer/coder to modify it with you. Having a theme coded from scratch on a limited budget will not get you much, and you'll probably not end up with great results.

If you find a theme you like, even just having a custom header can make a lot of difference and differentiate your site from the masses.

If you want to make it even easier for your designer, find a theme which comes supplied with PSD files so they can simply edit that to change the header/design for you.

I'd check out Woothemes.com or some of the themes on ThemeForest.net are pretty nice

Well, it really depends on your budget. If you hire a designer AND a programmer to design and code a custom theme from scratch, it will be a whole lot more expensive than buying a theme and spending for customizations.

Then i have to buy a theme and customize it. I have about ten blogs i need to set up so the best is to buy a theme and pay someone to customize the theme for me.

If i were in your position, I'd definitely go in for buying a theme and then customizing it myself.
Then again, I'm fairly good with both CSS and photoshop, so that bit is easy for me. If you're not experience with either of the above, you'd be better off hiring someone to design and code a new theme for you.

Pragun, i dont know how to code, infact all my tech jobs , am going to hire someone to do it for me.
By the way way do you want me to hire someone to code a new theme for me instead of buying a theme and customize it?
