Adam: The person who bought it came from my blog. I'm going to promote more clickbank products to my blog and hope to get more sales.

I just get traffic from google right now but I'm trying to get some more links to rank better.

I think you need like 4 or 5 sales coming from different credit cards. They do this basically to prevent affiliates from purchasing the products they are promoting at a discount.

Ok, if the book is right, I need 5 sales to get the check. And it needs to be with 5 different creditcards. And someone need to pay with mastercard or paypal

Congrats, great feeling! CDR not much of a hurdle to get over, we do a full Home Study Course and Free practical workshop for people to learn how to put affiliate sites up in a day and we get them through the CDR in that day! Then they get their first check next pay day. So keep it going - good way to make an income.

I started out one year ago. I first started out with adsense ads but a few months ago I gave clickbank a try. 160 dollar isn't much for a few months but it's a start

Great job! one thing that I would suggest is that you expand into different markets. The "make money online" niche can be very difficult for newbies, but other niches are ripe for the picking, and you can really make some easy sales.

No one niche is easier than another.

The key is having a great product to sell, no matter what niche your in.

If you have a great product that people desire (i.e - helps them out and achieve what they want) and great sales copy to sell the product - you'll succeed...

Look at all the great comments and support you have.

You asked about a niche to promote...hey...do popularity
research on what people are searching for on the web....
if the demand is high...and the niche is underserved ....
or for that fact has a good amount of action...you know
something must be going on...

If you know something about that niche....even better....
however, if you're going to promote a product or service as
an affiliate....me personally?....I have to try it and believe
in it before I directly endorse it...but that's me...

I visited your website ...or wordpress theme...good job...
I noticed your subsequent article on the front page was
promoting the idea of writing your own ebook...your graphic
image is kind of outdated when it comes to an ebook cover
regardless....you might want to think about building a list
using a johnson box...(opt in box) with a compelling offer
with an ethical bribe ...like..."" learn the secrets of writing
an ebook...enter name and email...I'll send you my free report""

Of course you have to write that report...but at least you're
building a list....and in my opinion...converting a visitor on their
first visit is my number 1 objective...but that's me...

I'll share with you a ever growing and hot niche I've been into
for the past couple years...and it's just one niche...[Dog Food]

I'm sure there will be many in this forum who may not agree
others may already be in it and some will be looking into it....
maybe I'll earn a thank you from someone here ...maybe get
some inquiries or followers...
