Royalty Free Music|Royalty free classical music |Royalty free sound-UniqueTracks

Derek has some very good sounds. Read his license. Most are FREE for commercial
use.

Well, you could try making your own. There are tons of music editing programs available that have built-in sequencers. It's not hard these days to make your own original music with a few mouse clicks. It's fun too. cnet.com is as good a place as any to find them.

Sorry Marty but this statement is not true and HIGHLY illegal. iTunes is for personal use of the purchased music and you are in breach of serious copyright legalities if you do this. You will need the following things in order to do use music from iTunes in your video's.

a) Permission from the song writer.
b) A creative commons license which will allow you to use the track. This is charged at the song writers own fee.

Sorry (pro-backing tracks) but this IS true and highly acceptable. ;-)

Due to one the largest affiliate agreements ever made between iTunes and Google, the video will show an iTunes pop-up advertisement that if clicked goes directly to iTunes where the video viewer can purchase the song.

It is no longer a copyright issue and this agreement was made over a year ago now for the exact reason that everyone was using popular music and nobody was getting paid.

When you use such music in your video (make sure it's available on iTunes), you will get a notice from youtube saying you are using licensed music, but no further action is necessary (because they slapped an advertisement on it!).

I understand now that you are trying to sell music, but I don't think you have to worry because I really have my doubts about popular music being effective in sales videos. However, your information is just utterly incorrect here though in regards to Youtube (iTunes) policy.

I would also like to add that when I use such content I go further and make it a point to give credits within the video to sources use. In fact, I feel I am helping the artist spread their music to new listeners.
