How to discount a Paypal or Worldpay subscription?

I want to reduce the price existing customers are paying on a subscription product - some via Paypal, some via Worldpay. Anyone know if I can edit the subscription amount in either service, and if so, how? The alternative is asking customers to cancel and re-order, and that's a hoop I'd rather not ask them to leap through.
I'd be hugely grateful for any help.
(I've emailed customer service for both. So far Paypal have sent me two copy-pasted responses that bore no relation to what I was asking, and Worldpay haven't replied at all.)
