Has the $7 idea out-dated?

Hi, folks,

Anybody is working on the $7 short report to get buyers on the list? I saw the posts in the private forum. All dated back to 2008. How is this strategy now? Does it worth a try?

The moderator of the private section didn't approve my question there. Hence I post it here. Please share with me.

Thanks
David

Don't see why this business model should be out-dated.

Personally, I still think a $7 bucks report isn't worth buying at such a low price as it cant be of high value but then again thats just me.

Any questions just let me know

    Hello

    My opinion is this.

There are big gurus selling there big ticket books and products and
there leaving money on the table.

I have been selling big ticket items for a few years now and i dont sell very many to my list.

Thats all i used to promote until i was kicked in the rear by my mentor at the time.

She had me test my list and send out a 7 dollar book compared to selling it for 47$

Its not much of a high ticket offer but i had 40 more people on my list buy my book when i dropped the price down.

    It was actually pretty cool.

Some marketers have an audience of high ticket buyers but i guarantee that most will buy the 7 dollar book

It's still a good concept for building a "buyers list". However, anyone serious about marketing has moved over to the Rapid Action Profits script which performs the same duties with remarkable addons.

But if you spend 2 or 3 hours getting the same info as
    a $7 report, you're working awfully cheap.

There are thousands of of warriors looking for under $10 WSO's at any given time. This idea is NOT outdated and works extremely well!!

The idea is not out of date.

People have however developed more creative ways of using the $7 dollar report.

I use them to test the market for a product. If my report is snapped up by lots of people and quickly I know there is mileage in the idea. I can then develop the report into a full product
