Here's A Video On How To Create A Quick Amazon Product Review Page

I was trying to explain this to someone and decided it would be easier to make a short video.

I realized after I made it that instead of putting Adsense on the sidebar, you should put the Amazon related products Gadget for the product you are promoting.

Funny thing is I actually have this very personal blender and actually LOVE it and use it every day.

      Good Choice!

Also use social bookmarking to get backlinks to your videos. I would also use social media sites for authory backlinks to your videos too. This will help you go up the ranks in YouTube and also in the search engines. Video marketing is really on the rise.

Cool idea! Thanks for sharing, Matt.

One question: I need to earn $46,549 by no later than Wednesday of next week. Can I do a few of these blogger blogs and make that much, you think?

I just wanted to be first with that kind of question. Seriously, though, I love your twist of doing this quickly as a test run and then graduating to your own domain once it proves itself so you can own the whole kit and kaboodle. What's a kaboodle? Does anyone know without looking it up?

Donna, that's the idea. Take something you already know and believe in and make some extra cash.

My whole approach to an Internet "business" has been finding little ways here and there to make some "extra cash". Multiple streams kind of thinking.

The reason that I left the "rat race" was to get away from being tied down by tedium and boring redundant work.

My ideal "Internet lifestyle" was not so much about making riches but to have the personal freedom to work when and how I wanted. Not what some company or boss wanted.

I like finding cash machines that run themselves. A little here and a little more over there and before you know it, you have the bills paid and more importantly for me, I'm not punching a time clock.

Matt - do you do any backlinking to get the traffic started or do you just wait for Google to pick it up?

Dennis, if I know that it is going to be profitable from the research, then yes.
      Normal backlinking.

If I am just testing a product, then ping the blog and use ArticleBot from Incansoft (Big Mike) to submit an article to mass directories. Take the article and use another Incansoft product, GFX Video Writer to convert the article to a video article.

Take the video article and submit to multiple video directories using yet another Incansoft submitter VideoBot.

As you know, this whole process can take less than a couple of hours and for the little amount of time and effort you can get a product blog bringing in, dare I say it, free cash.

As in John's post the other day about using these quick little blogs add some submission software and you can have a few of these started a day.

Now the problem is that Google can and has pulled Blogger blogs without warning so when I find a product that is taking off, I get a cheap domain and set it up.

After these run for a while, on your domain, you can sell them off. You have the traffic data, the money made, it's all set up and ready to sell.

Or, keep them running and bringing in the "extra cash".

Gotcha. I was just wondering how far you went for the testing phase. I take it you like BIG Mike's bots. I almost bought several of his products with the nice Christmas discount he offered (or New Years, I forget), then got distracted by something and never got back to it. I'll have to look into them again.

I started checking them out at one of their discount days and bought one. The Content Mania. I liked it so much that the next time they had a discount I bought a couple of more of their products.

The price was right. They are already under $30 and with the discounts I got a couple of them for $12.

If I had to do everything by hand, then maybe I wouldn't spend any time "testing" these quick blogs. I use the word testing loosely

But with free blog software out there like Blogger and two or three of those Big Mike products that get me fast content and submitted to hundreds of places for really no work, then why not.

I remember when Allen (Says) had another private site with reports and squeeze pages...can't remember what it was called but he talked about having the ability to "throw stuff out there and see what sticks" with these little reports.

I guess I kind of like doing that when I don't have to invest a whole lot of time and money to do it.

Sometimes the stuff that sticks pays off with nice checks

This works with trendy celebrity stuff too. If a new movie comes out with a new actor or actress then go grab a blog and make a quick "fan site".

Watch those tabloid t.v shows that talk and gossip about the stars and when you see an actress that is talked about on a few of those, go put up a fan blog.

Then, after you ping it, you want to use Twitter to announce the "New Fan Page".

Speaking of Twitter, look at the Twitter trends and see what people are talking about and see if you can put up a quick site from that too.

Some of these take off like crazy and get tons of views.

Match some related products to the page and you're in business.

This is a great quick strategy. Thanks for outlining and describing the process. I have a blogger blog that has done OK. Setting up little niche blogs is a wonderful technique. Many thanks, Matt.

My question is: I have heard using brand names in domain names is a no no. Any thoughts on this? Are the domain names that you use product specific or are they generic product names?

I have heard that too and don't use them in domains. I have used the brand names in Blogger without problems but Google seems to be doing some type of shakeup with Blogger right now so I would stay away from the actual brand.

But the idea behind these product review blogs are that these are products that YOU own and use. These are products that you already feel comfortable with telling your friends and family that it is a good product.

Why not put up a quick, easy to make website that can send you a couple of "free checks" a month?

I guess I really didn't push that part of the "angle".

There is no better pre selling than owning and knowing a product that you already use and love.

See if Amazon, or anyone out there has your product and start earning an easy commission from something in your home.

Why go out and try to sell stuff that you don't know anything about?

That was really my reason for this. To show people how easy it is to get started in an Internet business without a big investment of money or time.

The person I was originally talking to about this had no idea how anything on the Internet works as far as "affiliates", "websites", or even how Amazon worked with associates.

This was just a quick and "dirty" guide (as Kris Mainieri puts it

Albert (pizzatherapy), we can all take a few lessons from you when it comes to getting views at Youtube.

Your videos are great examples of how to make a How-To video.

If folks would take their Amazon product that they have at home and make a how-to video in the way that you do, then they are going to get plenty of views and great responses.

They could make a video like yours showing how to blend the perfect milkshake, show how easy it is to replace the filter on an upright vacuum cleaner, or how fast the bread maker operates.

So I would add, take a product that you own, find it at Amazon, write a short little review, and then shoot a quick How-To video like Albert's (pizzatherapy) and send them to your affiliate link.

    hey man,

    thanks for the share.

i just want to ask if this method is more profitable than making a site with amazon plugin (such as auto estore) which sells different amazon products in the same niche?
