You could always hire a professional. Check out your local Talent/Modeling Agency. It won't be cheap, but at least you are likely to find someone who is both 'HOT' and capable of following instructions, will show up on time, knows how to pose, and looks good in front of a camera.

There are a bunch of services, I've seen some here on the WF too.

This is one but an expensive one Live Actor | Video Spokesperson, Website Actor, Talking Person on Website, Video SEO, Website video actor.

If you do a search for live spokesperson or live actor you'll find a whole bunch of them.

I would first do a search here, I have been on the list of a Warrior for a while and believe she has her own agency or works for one in management or something, not exactly sure. I believe she also has some of her own WP plugins, this might help your search.

Thanks for all the advice guys! Starting to get some more ideas flowing in my head for where I can look. I've also tried Fiverr. I've messaged about over 30 girls with an offer on the site and only had one respond, still waiting to hear back from her again though.

Do you guys think adult dating sites or social networking sites would be a good place to look?

Thanks for the suggestion, Jason. I know of that bar you're talking about and I've been there myself, but I'm not really a sociable person. I really don't think I could go up to any girl and ask her to do something like this. I'd probably prefer to do this all online.

Hmm, the thing with those live actors though, is that you just give them a script and they read it out. The problem with that is, I have no script to give them. I don't have any instructions myself as a female would know this niche best and would be best for giving an instructional on this niche.

Another thing with those live actors is that sometimes you can tell when they were paid to act/present and have no real knowledge on the subject at hand. An example of this is when I saw a hot girl (live presenter) on a World Of Warcraft guide site, talking about all these things that pertain to WoW and using all this jargon. Just the use of a hot girl, it makes you question the believability of the site. A nerdy looking guy would've probably been a better presenter for that site.

Thanks for the suggestion though. There are many good uses for live presenters, but I think that's not really what I'm after here.

Actors and actresses love to get work - and many of them
are good-looking people. You can easily put an ad on
Craigslist and/or call modeling agencies and so forth, just
let them know you want headshots and you'll get a bunch
in the mail.

Then you pick out the ones who look the part and call
a few in for auditions.

I agree with Kevin. I work at a college and there is no shortage of candidates to fit the bill. Just contact a prof in the the drama department and they should be able to hook you up.

Have you tried elance or any other regular outsourcing companies. You can find good voiceover artists there, and they have readily available samples, and you can also find people there who are willing to appear in a video, who ALSO have readily made samples of them in videos.

I would gather then, that since you can find female voice over artists and everything on these sites, you can probably find a female to appear in your video. Just ask for video samples, then you can review them, and select one you like.

But you'd have to make a post there.

True. There are lots of outsourcing firms that'll provide you fine looking and professional hosts to be there up front of your video marketing strategies. One suggestion would be including a skill set of "having the capability to talk with the audience in front of a camera, public speaking, etc." so the candidate will be aware she'll not only be over the phone or answering emails for instance. Also, not many people are confident enough (even the beautiful ones) to speak in front of a camera so it takes time to find for the confident and perfect example.

You could try oDesk as they have wide scope of virtual assistance while they also capture screenshots of their accomplishments.

Check out the Stock Photo sites and look at some of the videos, then contact the person who submitted the videos to ask for a referral. Talent agencies as previously mentioned may be a good idea too. In a lot of cases, you can find local talent if you live in a big city. If like me you live in a college town, craigslist could be a good resource.

Depending on where you live, try Craigslist. Just be honest and upfront about what you need and tell them upfront that there is no nudity.

I know that sounds funny, but it will let ladies know that there is no "funny business" going on....believe me, on Craigslist that is VERY important.

One of my college buddies shoots these low budget shorts, skits, and commercials. He finds some talent on Craigslist.....often for cheap.

Take a look on here - There's an actor's section.

You're in Sydney, so also run a site:.edu.au google search for Unis which offer "acting for the camera". Contact the student's association or honcho from the acting/media/production department and see if you can put a flyer or two up on the noticeboards around the universities. Most student actors will work for food and a copy of the finished DVD for their demo reel.

WF - Hire Section. You may get some good professionals looking for work. Just make sure that you would ask for a sample of their performance so you could guarantee that they would be perfect. Maybe a self video testing/sample and their picture to be submitted to you.
