Need Terms of Service written

Hey guys I am not going to give the site address away here but if you have seen any of my other posts you will know the site I am talking about. I need Terms of Service for my site written by tomorrow by someone with legal expertise. PM me please and I will give you the details of the site so you can check it out. Also in the PM please include your price for doing so. The site is going live very soon so I need this done quickly and I figured i'd give my fellow friends here a change before going to Rent a coder or something similar. I understand there are free "generators" out there but I am not risking my business with something of that quality. I am going to bed now but will check the post when I wake. Thanks guys!

    If you're not willing to use a generator, it might be worth your while to seek actual legal council on it. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny.

    Personally, I'd rather use a generator rather than a person that isn't an attorney. Especially one from a forum where it would be tough to verify their credentials.

    Personally I would say the chances of you getting sued etc are so remote (and if you have a LLC/Ltd company its the company not you anyway) then why pay someone a ton of cash for something that will likely never be used?

    I checked out your posts and am seeing "tycoon cash flow" so I googled it. Pretty standard money making site with a TOS anyone could write in half an hour.

    So just grab a generated one or reword one from a similar site. BUT make sure you are covered by being a Ltd company.
