Just using reprinted articles is going to be ineffective - you need to create your own unique content. You are also stuffing keywords in your title tag - the search engines won't look fondly on that.

Most methods for driving cheap or low cost traffic do require time and effort. If you need traffic today, you can always try PPC.

You have a decent setup for an adsense site. Keep your articles from other sources on the site, but also do like Gary suggested and write your own content. This way you can publish the article to article directories and blogs.

You can also use the same information from the article to make a video, podcast, pdf, twitter posts, facebook messages, and a rss feed. You could submit all those to the appropriate places and have quite a bit of traffic coming in. Do one of those a day and within a month you will have lots traffic.

Edit: You have got to change your title. You don't want all those keywords in the title. You look like a spammer.

You can also dip into Facebook ad.

The best free method would be to participate in Giveaway events, where you can give/submit some gifts and people sigin-up to get those gifts. This way you can build a mailing list and promote your offers.

I don't know if there is any give aways for that subjects.

Better you search for a forum in your subject and start intersct with people, where people need your product and advise. Make sure to setup signature for your profile before you start commenting.

Get some traffic from Traffic Exchange, and try to get them subscribe your rss feed using maybe splash pages. This way you can get some returning visitor's if you keep posting weekly or bi-weekly. You will have to create RSS feature for all articles in your site so that anyone can subscribe easily. Make a small research on this topic, it might help you..

You could choose some ezines in your niche that send out weekly and have a look at some of them. If you see the same adverts regularly it is fairly safe to assume that it is a profitable ezine to advertise in otherwise people wouldn't keep advertise there.

Have a look at Ads that are working and craft an eye catching punchy Ad. Test it and if successful re-invest in other publications.

At the end of the day if you do just 1 thing extra each day you will get better and better results.

Your Adsense wasn't targeted when I took a look. No one that arrives there will click on unrelated ads.

    Hi,

I would start off with doing some social bookmarking on high page ranking social sites. This will get your site some immediate traffic and valuable back links. PPC is cool, but as a beginner you should be careful about centering your campaign around highly competitive words. Take your site's keywords and go to Google. Place the following in the search browser, "your keyword"+submit a link. Make sure you only submit your site's link to high ranking sites within your niche. This will help you get links and traffic as well. Good luck!

    Hi

Traffic swarm might help, it's easy to use and FREE. It won't get you massive amounts of leads but nevertheless a lead is a lead !!

Another method is a JV Giveaway event. You would need a FREE product to give away which is linked to a squeeze page, so you could capture the name and email address.

The link is in my signature for traffic swarm.

    Regards

I think that Twitter can help you to drive some targeted traffic to your site.

    Here's how to do it:

    1. Create a twitter account and search for members that have lots of followers and talk about the same subject as you. Then follow the people that are following them. In a week or two, 70% of those people will follow you back. Do this until you have about 1000 followers or so. (Follow around 150 people a day)

    2. Next take each one of your existing articles and break them down in to tweet sets. A tweet set is a set of short sentences about the article and it contains a link to the article on your site. Make about 10-15 tweets for each set. (Use a url shortener I.E. bit.ly and stay under 140 Characters)

    3. Once you have your tweet sets ready for your articles, go to hootsuite or socialoomph and open a free account. These services will let you post future tweets at a specific time and date.

    4. Schedule a tweet from each of you tweet sets to post every 2 hours, every day for 2-4 weeks. (Depends on the number of Tweets you have)

    5. Now your twitter account is on autopilot and you will get a lot of traffic with no additional work.

    6. After the 2-4 weeks are up, repeat with different tweets and mix it up a bit.

This traffic tactic is free and will drive a lot of new traffic to your site.

Let me know if this helps, Thanks!

I would be careful if you are looking to buy advertising. Google doesn't like it when you pay for advertising to increase your adsense earnings. This could get you booted off the Adsense program.

If you submit and link your pages to:
    StumbleUpon
    Digg
    Propeller
    Reddit
These sites should get traffic to your site.

I've made money on Twitter and have not even attempted to get followers. Do use a URL shortener such as bit.ly to track how many people are clicking on the link.

Hmmm... let's see... use one keyword per article. Because you have the same keywords on each article the spiders may bypass your site (spam as someone else said). The URLs are also exceeding 65 characters, so you risk the remainder being cut off.

I did not see any analytics on your site, it is best to put analytics on each page so you can track where your traffic is coming from. Google analytics is free.

Also, make use of your <H1> tag. It will help when the search engines crawl your site.

    Hope this helps.

    Joanna

your site is set up ok for adsense. one thing i would caution you is when you use content from other sites it produces links in the posts to other websites where they will get commissioned for sales and not you.

try to write your own material and get your own CB hoplinks on the pages

I thought when you have google adsense setup on your page you needed to have a disclaimer of some sorts. Or am I barking up the wrong tree. Also your google ad's have nothing to do with your site. The ones I am seeing atm are

"Ask a lawyer Now" and "Kids table and chair set"
