Hello,

As a newbie, I am continually looking for ways to advertise my pips sites. I found one potential answer in hosting FFA sites. The price is reasonble and consists of hosting FFA sites whereby I get the opportunity to provide my ad free to all recipients. The system is automated so I don't have to do any daily maintenance on it. Has anyone ever heard of or utilzed this approach? If so, what was your experience with it? The sponsor also provides an aption where one can serve as an affiliate for the system.

I have been using FFA Hosting for over 5 years now. The key is not to
sell to these people outright. Get them onto your list. Give them a free
    report and a newsletter.

This system works very well for those who know how to use it.

I had a belief that FFA sites where dead and those that existed were bad news for SEO. Not true?

FFA - Free For All, basically a link farm or site that anyone can put an advertisement on. No one reads them except those putting up their own links. The benefit is to the owner who gets to send you an email with a pitch everytime you put an advertisement on his/her site.

Scott, you're absolutely right...Posting to FFA sites is a total waste of time.

Hosting them is a whole different ball of wax and something that most
marketers don't understand because they're doing things that are considered
      more "acceptable".

I call this the ivory tower syndrome but I won't get into that here.

Suffice it to say, I've been using FFA Hosting for over 5 years and for
a lousy 15 minutes work a day, they bring me in about $1,500 a month.

For 15 minutes a day, I will not scoff at $1,500.

They're useless for the posters...NOT for the hosters.
