How do you put VIDEO in Wordpress Blog?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi,

How do you insert a video into your wordpress blog? I'm not talking
about just putting a youtube html code ...but the video ONLY so people
will still most likely stay on my blog after watching my video...

Is there a plugin for this?

  Use the podPress plugin. It's awesome and you can use it for audio and video. Just copy and paste the URL to the video for example the you tube address. You can see it in action on my blog. The last post is a video blog and I'm using podPress to play the video on my blog.

  Your podcasting advice is right...i tried it and it looks simple especially using the podpress...
  
  My question (last one i promise) is what OPTIONS do you put in your blog for the podpress when you upload it? I notice you have some cool links under your videos...how can i do that too?
