LOL. Funny Auto-Reply (& Sly) - Ever recieved one like this?

Hey warriors,

So I've sent an e-mail to my list recently & I recieved an
unusual auto-reply.

Here it is:

'hey sexy! im just over at Soho on P St. NW right now, drinking a vanilla chai latte and jus chillin haha .. so whats good? i live in Wesley Heights how bout u? got a car? call me, i gotta bounce in like five minutes

PS: im married but so what heh .. hes a loser and gone for the next week on bizness

here's some more pics on my facebook blog:
blablabla*'

LMAO!

* The url led to a fake blog with pics of a young lady.

You know... those kind of blogs that have some pics, and
a little description with a 'here's my profile' link?

And then when you click the 'here's my profile' link you will
be taken to a dating network. If you sign up, the guy behind
it all gets a commision.

This stupid & illegal method is old. I've seen it several
times but I've never recieved an autoreply that promotes
one of these blogs.

Whoever's doing this is probably signing to
1000s of mailing lists to earn a few bucks. Lol,
talk about pathetic.

It's so funny how desperate these blk hatters are.

And they're foolish as well since the network they're
promoting will probably ban them since they're breaking
their TOS.

Anyway, any of you ever got an auto-reply like this?

I have to say you are wrong. The method is called e-whoring.It is a BlueFart and shady method but nevertheless makes a lot of money. Some make $xxxx a day.It takes a little creativity and moving away from the normal places the e-whores convene.

Remember the internet pays out world wide, so a "few" bucks here is a "lot of" bucks in other places...

There are many out there working hard to earn an extra US dollar a day.

People who are collecting leads obviously know these tricks. Why not spam the masses? ...and why spam the very marketers who would be most likely to know what youre doing?

i know that specific response and its from a craigslist poster that has been around for a while. i do not think they are a noob, my guess is that they ended up reusing an email address for more than one reason that ended up on your list. but that response is aimed at people that respond to their craigslist adds.

or possibly, someone wth no creativity replied to their craigslist add, go their response and copied it word for word and used it for their own campaign.

at any rate im NOT defending them, just familiar with the game.

actually i dont think you realize how bad thing really are. see the person signs up for a trail to the "dating site" but its not really a dating site.

when you submit you credit card you are agreeing to 1 day trial to a PORN SITE that will auto-renew at $40 when the trail expires and whit many offers you also agree that you will be subscribed to 1 or 2 additional porn sites at the same time.

meaning that with some of the most shady offers the person signing up for the dating site's free trail, will have end up with $120 worth of porn charges on their credit card the next day.

some of them do actually give you access to a real dating site.. some of them dont.

many of the more devious BH'ers will clip terms and services off the landing pages when i-framing the offer so that the victim never knows what hit them.

    its a verry dirty game

Here's a cheeky trick I heard about (from Frank Kern of all people!)

    • Place ads on Craigs List etc advertising puppies for sale (or whatever)
    • Include an email to contact for more info
    • You put an auto-reply on the email saying something like "Hey, thanks for emailing me about the puppies. I've got puppies myself and I think it's really important to know how to look after them properly. This is a book I got to teach me everything I needed to know...."
    • then add your affiliate link to some clickbank product about puppies.
Never done it, but I expect it works ok!

There are loads of variations of the same basic scam!

To all you laughing at these guys saying they are so desperate making a few
    bucks:

I have a very good friend who lives in Sweden. He is making 4 figures everyday
using similar models. I am not saying it is anything you should do because
it is blackhat and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone because in most cases
you will get thrown out of cpa networks and not even get paid if you don't
know how to do it right.

Just invest some time into whitehat stuff and the results will be even greater
because WH is longterm and you are able to turn it into a passive income.
