Hey every now and then I need to find this site & always forget the URL.

There is a site where authors and experts of all kinds who want publicity put their contact details.

Can somebody kindly remind me of the URL ?

I think www.rtir.com is what you're after

sometimes it doesn't respond in my browser but their other site - rtironline.com usually still does.
