Best way to capture & present Powerpoint presentation to video...?

Not sure if this is the place to ask...it's been a while.

Does anyone happen to know the latest tech/product available to capture and deliver hands-off powerpoint presentation with audio, and users can access and view on their own after paying, but can't really copy the content...

I know many use video screen capture software on their PC, but I have also seen amazon web service and wonder what others' experience has been.

Camtasia studia is by far the best solution for capturing powerpoint presentations. It also facilitates several options such as screen capture with/without audio or with/without your cam video. They have a 30 day free trial for you to play about.

also if its a small presentation you could also you Jing | Add visuals to your online conversations lets you make 5 minute videos and is completely free and actually faster than camtasia due to the nature of this product.

The free alternative to camstasia is camstudio but I can't vouch for it as I haven't used it. I regularly use both Jing and Camtasia.

I second the above opinion.. Camtasia is a really good option you can go for..

I use Jing to record training videos for my team and students.

I've always been a big Camtasia fan, but I finally got around to using a Mac and Screenflow and I gotta say, Screenflow beats the pants off Camtasia In usability and options.

I hate to say it, but I'm gonna be buying a mac pretty soon.

The free CamStudio is every bit as good as the hideously expensive Camtasia, provided it is set up properly before you start. You can't just download it, use it as it is, and expect good results.

If, however, you change the settings, you can get it to work well.

you can also use online services like Slideshare etc that will convert for you and then add audio and video.

You can make them private and disable sharing.

I use camtasia but if you mix video or edit too much of the audio sections, problems can occur (audio sync mostly). But on a whole, I am very happy with the PP to Video feature of Camtasia. I would like to see a linux solution to Open Office Impress. I think someone here said there is one.

Two ways for you to present PowerPoint presentations as video:
1. Use screen capture tools to do this: Camtasia
2. Directly use a PowerPoint to video converter to do this: Wondershare PPT to Video

The second way is relevantly easy, and the output video quality is nice. All the animations, transitions, sounds, video clips and pictures will be retained after the conversion. A wide range of output video formats are available, including the most popular ones and some HD video formats.

I create videos that have a powerpoint presentation with audio. Go to my homepage, I have a few free sample videos you can watch. At the end of the video, I have a powerpoint presentation with audio. The video at the top is a compilation video that doesn't have the powerpoint presentation though.

If this is what you are talking about, I use Magic Movie Edit Pro and Microsoft Powerpoint.
