Having trouble designing my sales funnel

I'm having a massive brain fart at the moment regarding my sales funnel.

Here's what I'm offering:
  • A kick-ass paid ebook with 6 kick-ass bonus ebooks - all relevant to the main e-book and NOT PLR
  • A free training course - uses a few of the concepts in the ebook, enough to get the punter out of trouble - It's important to me that folks be able to solve this particular niche problem without buying anything from me - those who want to MASTER it... I'm happy to take their money.
  • A paid training course - mind blowing material more advanced than the ebook or free course and priced accordingly.

Should I:

Create a Squeeze page for the free training course with the ebook and the paid training course as an upsell?

Or

Should I create a squeeze page for the ebook with the free training course as a "gift" for opting in with the option of taking the advanced training course afterwards?

Or

Should I create two squeeze pages (one for the free course and one for the paid ebook) on the one site?

All of the material solves the same niche problem. I believe in over-delivering on value but structuring this funnel has me stumped.

Any advice appreciated.

Cheers.

I think I would go with selling the eBook with the free training as a bonus. Then within the free course and the ebook I'd sell in the paid course.

I made you a flowchart of how I would handle this because typing it out was too much of a pain in the butt at 3:30am for me..

    haha..

I've used this sales funnel for a lot of my little niche sites with quite a bit of success.

LOL, thanks for taking the time mr2monster. That's very useful and most appreciated.

Be sure to set up two funnels for A/B testing.

i.e. two squeeze pages setup in Google Website Optimizer (it's free). 50% of your traffic automatically goes to one and, yes you guessed it, 50% to the other.

If you continually A/B you will naturally create a killer funnel with no guessing!

        Best to you,

6-7 manuals plus a course is probably a lot to give away.

I'd test squeeze page offers where you tell about all the
amazing stuff they get for free against a simpler squeeze
where you give, like, 3 bullet points only.

I would set your products into sales funnel like this:

    - free training course on squeese page => OTO paid training course with paid e-book as a bonus => if they refuse OTO, then offer just paid e-book as a downsell, and later promote paid training course in follow up

This is the best way to exploit traffic
