What's Your Biggest Business Problem Right Now?

Hello Warriors

I'm developing a program for Internet Marketers that helps them
solve the biggest problems they currently face in their online
business.

I asked a similar question in the old forum a while back but as the
web changes and evolves so do the challenges so I thought I would
ask it again, but this time I'm collecting the answers so that I can
incorporate it into a new program I'm developing.

Therefore could you please detail in one sentence state what is the
biggest challenge you currently face in your business that you need
to solve.

    Dealing with payment fraud in ecommerce. It eats about $30,000 a year out of my revenue. There is no effective way to identify all transactions made with stolen credit cards.

        By problem I mean any problem or issue that is preventing you from

    My biggest problem is the restriction by Paypal. This does not allow me make some important purchases and as well as a means for accepting payment.

    Fighting the urge to move to some foreign country and never pay taxes again?

    Kind of a vague question really. You should narrow it down a bit and focus on a product that will DIRECTLY help that more narrowed-down category.

    I'd say having a clear business plan is a relevant article for me right now. I'm not always sure or confident on what I should be doing on a day to day basis, and I'm making well over $30,000 a month at the moment.

      I guess what I'm trying to uncover is are issues such as:

      - Lack of traffic
      - Low conversion rates
      - Difficultly in getting JV partners
      - High level of refunds
      - Lack of a business plan
      - No backend income
      - Creating a quality product...etc

        My biggest problem is to create a quality product, I have heard so many people talking about creating "Your Own" product, I know a few good niches, but I don't have the knowledge or skill or know experts on these niches to create a killing product to sell. Even I outsource the creation part, how can I validate the quality of the product I received?

        On top of that, I think I am lacking of a business plan too.

        That's nothing others haven't been writing about for the past two decades. And those are the problems people without established businesses have. You're still targeting "Joe Six Pack" as Sarah Palin would put it. If you target real business problems, you can tap into the wealth of entire companies instead of individuals without strong income... you can be rich. But the problems are much harder to solve, like payment fraud.

    I would love to see a step-by-step guide to make money online with videos and based on a proven track record that can be repeated. I know a lot of people claim this, but there is not too much out there that is worth reading.

      Your problem is that you think it's a different problem from making money offline. Maybe someone should write a book explaining that it's not.

    Not really a problem but rather what I am always working on is different ways to get steady streams of traffic. Social bookmarking seems to dominate traffic generation for the short term, but I am always looking for ways to get the 'long term' traffic.

      TD just as a heads up or whatever you want to call it...if you are planning to make a product or something regarding this matter, I think that you have heard of Shefren's program that was launched not so long ago, so unless you provide some real deal amazing stuff etc...I don't know how well you will do.

      but thats just my opinion.

      EDIT: Or you can leech of of his success by providing the same quality at a lower cost

        I do not plan on leeching of Rick Shefrens success, what i'm attempting to do with this thread is get enough feedback so that I can create a FREE product that enables indivduals who have online businesses to create the neccessary mindset to resolve many of their existing business problems so that they can focus on creating the success they want.

        Ambitious? Yes; impossible? No.

        My expertise is in belief change strategies and subliminal technology and over the years I've created several products that have been very successful however, I continue to notice that many people seem to hit the same problems over and over again when developing an online income, so this product is an attempt to rectify that.

          TD,

          You are looking for something relatively specific and don't like many of the answers you are getting. So what you need to do is to create a survey or poll instead of asking an open-ended question as you have done here. Make the last option a blank where people can check "other" and then type out what that other answer is.

          You can do this for about $19.99 with SurveyMonkey.
