How Do You Systemize Your IM Business?

I guess most of us come into the IM business with the expectation of not really running the it ourselves. The only way to do that is to systematize the whole process. Any pros can teach us how you create a system that generate $$ with little or no maintainence?

      You can check out Ewen Chia's range of products - I have personally go through most of them and there's been no changes to the way he does his marketing except for new marketing techniques.

      So just pick up one or two of his stuff, and incorporate & innovate to your IM business.

      If you are into affiliate marketing, the recent Rob Benwell & Taylor Fletcher's Affiliate Game Plan seems like a good system to follow in doing that niche.
