Should I put Google Adsense on every page of my site?

Depends upon the nature of your site.

From Google's TOS as I understand (and I am no lawyer), you can put the Adsense on every page of your site.

But in reality, make sure that the pages have good content. Also, if you are selling some product as either a creator or an affiliate, you may want to think twice before you also addd Adsense since the ads shown by Adsense may translate to lost sales against the advertisement revenue for your site. So you need to weigh your options before you commit.

You can put Adsense on every page of your site, but some pages you just shouldn't. It is kind of ridiculous to have Adsense on a Contact Us page.

Limit the pages and posts you add the adsense to so that it only appears on pages where people are actually likely to click on the ads. I seem to remember that if the ads get lots of views but no clicks you can get 'smart priced' which means you don't earn as much per click.
