Selling affiliate empire question for experienced warriors

Hi all,

I have 25 music related websites, all pointing to relevant affiliate offers that give me a profit of around 40KUSD annually, meaning around 300KUSD of anual revenues for the product owners.
I want to sell them all and use the cash for some other projects I have in mind.
Could you suggest how should I better manage the appraisal of the sale and how to manage it properly?
In short, how much would you ask for that package and where would you get the buyer and a safe negotiation platform?

Thanks for your feedback!

If my math is right that's about 3K / month. I believe the current average for sites sold in auction settings is between 8x and 10x monthly earnings, assuming that is the only thing you use to value the sites, making your bundle worth up to about 30K.

Of course, if you have other assets that have their own value, such as a subscriber or email list, that can greatly increase the overall value. The biggest auction site I'm aware of is flippa.

You might do better to try to find yourself a good business broker who can help you sell it to someone as a business since these tend to sell for multiples of yearly earnings rather than monthly. It's probably more work this way to find a buyer, but if the money is right....

Any warrior that has sold site bundles in the past?
