What are my FTP Settings?, for Wordpress?- Urgent!

this is urgent, can somebody please provide me with the info in red below

or the Wordpress Automatic update plugin it is asking me, but i aint too sure what they are.

Can you give some examples of what they could be,
[lets say my domain is www.my-domain-here.com], here is the format...

Provide your FTP Credentials

FTP Username
FTP Password
FTP Base Directory (The root dir where wordpress is installed)
FTP Host

Can you help by giving examples to the above 4 red things?



and added: Does base directory have to be in this format?

http://www.my-domain-here.com/blog ?

(it is on /blog of my main domain)

    Username: Your hosting/cpanel username
    Password: Your hosting/cpanel pass
    Base Dir: This can be anything, check with your host or your cpanel
    Host: ftp.my-domain-here.com (probably)

        the base directory is probably public_html/blog if it's your main domain

              FTP Details are normally the same as your hosting login details or your cpanel login details.

              So if you log into your hosting/cpanel thus:

              username = yourname

              Then your FTP username would be "yourname"
