Tell a friend script

Hey warriors,

I'm looking to implement a tell a friend script in my opt in process so after the person opt in he has a chance to receive a second bonus by telling 5 of his closest friends.

How do I go about doing this and what script do I need to do it?

Frank Kern was giving away a script that did this for Aweber on ListControlSite.com. Not sure if this is still available, but I'm sure someone could send you a copy.
