Hi guys i am new to IM and really appreciate all the great advice on this forum. For the past 2 months i've been absorbing all the info and just trying to learn all i can. I think i found a micro niche id like to pursue. It's low competion and looks promising, problem is i'm tech retarded - dont know how to build site etc. My question is, what is an affordable way to outsource building a minisite? Any help greatly appreciated... thank you

Trish

You could also grab a free template for Wordpress, and then modify the files to give it a new look and feel.
    That'll do

The cool thing is, everything will be built for you.

        OK... do it like this:
How To Blog - Why You Should Use WordPress | Become A Blogger watch videos 2 & 3 (Get a Namecheap account and a Hostgator account). Then it will be easier.

Or... i will just think outside the box, try YouTube. Write something like "Installing wordpress blogs". It is better you learn how to install a WP blog.

See, wordpress stuff is easy if you have some knowledge of Photoshop.

And even if you don't, you can hire a designer to do that for you, and since the work isn't much, it'll go light on your pocket..

Yeah, installing WordPress is quite easy, if you are not confident enough you can just open a wordpress blog hosted by them @ wordpress.org, but you'll lose some interesting options. It would be better if you could upload wordpress to your own host, there are hundreds of guides step-by-step that can help you to install and customize it, it's easy

    good luck.

    Hello,

The main thing you need to do is pick something and
STICK with it, that's the most important thing.

But to satisfy specifics, here's my advice (and as a
heads up, the exact process I describe below is
explained in great detail in the free report in my
    signature).

    1) Choose your field (preferrably something you're
passionate about or highly interested in).

    2) Get an autoresponder account, web hosting, and a
domain--these are the only investments you need.

    3) Set up a related blog on your hosting account.

    4) Create a free report that is useful. It doesn't
matter how short, or how long, just make it useful.

    5) Create a squeeze page to give away your report and
    upload it to a sub-directory.

    6) Use article marketing and other free promotion to
drive traffic to your squeeze page. Do this everyday
and your subscribers will grow by a great amount.

    7) Send an email to your list every 6 days, but not
    just any email.

7a) Trust-building emails are emails that are useful,
no promotion. An easy way to do this is post a useful
article to your blog and send it to your list. Once
again, no promotion... just let them know you are
interested in HELPING them, not just interested in
    their wallet.

7b) Send out two trust-building emails for every one
    promotion that you send out.

Once again, I send an email every SIX days and make
sure that I send two useful emails (no promotion) for
every one promotion email that I send out.

THAT, in my opinion, and based on my own personal
experience is the BEST way to make money online
because you are building a list, and you are EARNING
    their trust.

Your unsubscribe rate will be low, your open rate will
be high, and your promotions will perform way better
    than they ever could otherwise!

Once again, I describe that entire process above in
great detail in the free report that's in my signature.

    Hope that helps!
