I just read about this in my twitter stream (source)... Google now provides real click-through data for organic search results in their Webmaster Tools.

If you aren't already using Webmaster Tools (and Google Analytics for that matter), I strongly recommend it. This data makes it much easier to know where to focus your energy in the future.

    Saw this yesterday when I logged into my Webmaster Tools account. I spent a while going through each one of my sites and checking out my impressions and clickthrough data for every keyword. It's really an awesome tool, it gave me the motivation to try and boost my rankings for some keywords.

    Yes, between looking at click data, position data, and some Analytics to back it all up... it's that much easier to know exactly what keywords can be performing better with a little more optimization.
