I would like to know what is the most important factor when choosing a blog when paying for a review.

For example I found a blog that is charging $145 dollars....

- In compete it says that receive 5000 visitors a month

- and it says that has 30000 subscribers in feedburner... Does feedburner subscribers are important?

Would that bring traffic to my website?

What other factors should I consider?
