help! how do I put streaming video on my website?

Hi everyone. May I ask how do I put streaming video on my website? I have been using videos for quite a while now, but usually I upload them to Youtube then embed on my site/blog.

I'm curious as to how to put streaming video on my site similar to what the pros do..I mean, the types of videos you see on webpages by Frank Kern, Ryan Deiss, or Jeff Johnson. If anyone could enlighten me how to do this, I'd truly appreciate it!

I am using Techsmith's (the folks who sell Camtasia) Screencast. (Not an affiliate)

They have a free version so you can try it out. The free one limits your storage to 2 gig, and monthly download to 2 gig. After that it's $10 a month for 500 gig storage and 500 gig per month bandwidth.

Amazon S3 might be cheapter, but Screencast is really easy to set up. I just upload an mp4 file, and Screencast gives me the embed code.

  Check out Amazon S3 services. They're pretty cheap and what a lot of marketers are using.
