Social bookmarking strategies and rss submissions?

INTERNET MARKETING

What is your general strategies when It comes to social bookmark, do you just submit your page and hope It will drive traffic or do you try to submit normal pages (that dont try to sell anything) I order for you to appear less like a Internet Marketer?

Is there a program someone can recommend that does rss submissions automatically?

I find that social bookmarking sites are not good for SEO, but rather to get Google to index your site fast.

Any page you bookmark will have fast forward ranking on Google, and it dropped fast as well!

Another way to use bookmark is to create link bate / interesting content that the bookmarking community actually likes, and if they vote for your site, you are going to have a lot, and I mean a lot of traffic to your site, also resulting many back links to the page that you submit.

I think this is the better way to use bookmark!

Bookmarks are usually just for links and not for major traffic.

  I will have to second that opinion. For one Stumble Upon has given me some pretty decent traffic. The key is to get others to Stumble your postings. The more people you can get to Stumble your postings the more traffic you will get. Nobody is saying that they all have to be natural. Ask a friend or 100 to Stumble them for you. There are even sites and groups out there that will do these kind of things.
