VA pay

How would you find the average pay for someone in a different country? I don't want to talk the price down if it is already low, but I don't want to pay too little for someone.

      I pay a writer in the Phillipines about $200 a month to write for me. I believe he has a part-time job in Manila as well.

      If I was hiring a really good programmer I would pay him more. Different skillset.

      If you do a little Google research, you should be able to find average salaries for different occupations. That's how I started out getting a ball-park figure.

      Trust me though, sometimes you can save yourself a lot of headaches by paying just a little bit more and getting much higher quality worker.
