Onlywire? what are the advantages of using it?

Do you use onlywire?

what are the advantages of using it? what can it do for your site, that wouldnt be possible without using it ?

    Onlywire automates the social bookmarking process - instead of logging on to each of the 30 or so sites they support and posting your content on each one individually, you only need to enter it into one place and it's automatically posted to each of the sites for you.

    Plus, it's free - very good tool for the job, in my opinion.

        Onlywire simply automates bookmarking your favorite sites and your own pages, but I haven't found social bookmarking particulary useful to increasing search engine rankings.

        Some social bookmarking sites are no-follow, including some of the big ones, so it doesn't really do you much good. It is probably good for sharing cool information you find then adding to an RSS feed to share...with a link to one of your own sites tucked neatly in there. Think of is as slow Twitter.

        Ranking on the first page of the search engine results has a lot to do with choosing the right keyword to rank for. SEO chat's keyword difficulty tool can tell you if that's possible. So if you can rank for 50% or lower, you stand a good chance of showing up on the front page.

        But...

        You also have to get good backlinks in order to move yourself up positions. And the backlinks need to be permanent. You can write articles with your designated keyword in it. You can do press releases (really fast backlinks) with your keyword in it as anchor text. These of course have a link to your site. Plus, your site's pages need to be optimized for that keyword.

    Only wire helps to automate your posting to social booking sites, thus increasing your page ranking. Its more effective when you go for the paid version.

    It's only one tool of many you should be using, but I use Onlywire, myself. If I have 15 blogs, write 1 article a day for each blog, and then try to post each one at 30 different social sites, I think you can see how much of a time-saver this is. It's not going to bring you millions of visitors using it by itself, though.

    Onlywire SEMI-Automates the process. I say this because you still have to use the downloaded submitter software on your computer to sometimes enter the captcha codes for some sites. Overall though, it is a great site to get some social network backlinks.
