You are SO WRONG!!! I am telling you that your mislead!!!! Getting your articles on the top directories is the start, then you get the article out back linking that ranking article from the other directories....

I own thousands of directories and they make a lot of people a lot of money! You need to learn why and how they back link and why people rush to get on board with me and read what they say and understand why they say it...

I would hate to see you lose out on sales and get totally bad info that made you lose site of how this BUSINESS works. How it works properly and makes people so much money! You cannot believe that all the millions of directory sites on the net are there for no reason!!!!!

Mountainmotorman, I'm listening. I'm inexperienced about these things which is why I posted the question.
So, are you telling me there really is an advantage to posting to sites I've never even heard of? What submission tool do you use? What article spinner do you use? I believe!!! I believe!!! I'm asking out of ignorance!

ok, let me answer your questions regarding an effective spinner. Just purchase "the best spinner", there's a thread on it in this forum and search on google if you want, it truly is the best spinner out there.

I can relate, and I don't really bother with spamming my articles out to 140 standard directories either. I have had more success with article networks which are "privately" run - blog networks like "Free Traffic System" and "Article Marketing Automation" - you are getting onto peoples blogs who have hooked them up to the service to receive free content, and sometimes (most of the time) theyre a bit crap, but there are some decent ones... but nothing is a long term solution, do some standard article directory submission, do some of these blog networks, do some directory submission, come back to standard article directories, do a little blog commenting...
I actually do love spinning, again, it isn't perfect, but it is a quick qay of getting your articles out there - however if youre looking for a program to automatically spin your articles for you then don't bother -totally poor quality. A decent one that helps you, is kept up to date and developed is "The Best Spinner". It's what I use for all my articles: The Best Spinner < no affiliate link, just an honest recommendation.

Whatever you do just make sure you manually submit a UNIQUE article to EzineArticles first. Then you can spin to your hearts content and submit to the rest with whatever automated tool you prefer.

Also, I don't use The Best Spinner but have heard a lot of good things about it.

I use 'SubmitYourArticle.com' which is a paid automated service and Article Post Robot which is a desktop client. Both work very well.

The spinners work great because you personally have full control over the synonyms used. Sure it takes an extra few minutes during submission but its worth it.

Certainly articles posted to high PR directories such as Ezinearticles will have more weight, but never neglect the lower PR directories.

In fact I can state emphatically that I get way more traffic from the the 200 lower PR directories I submit to than the 'BIG 5'.

If you want a fully automated spinner then the best Ive found is content boss. It uses artificial intelligence and the results are amazing.

Mao, Content Boss is one I've looked at. It's very reasonable, and seems to be very thorough.

1. Automatic Article Submitter works well and next week Matt Carter will be releasing a new article Spinning and submitting tool called Rapid Rewriter. I'm currently promoting it via my signature.

2. With article spinning both Automatic Article Submitter and Rapid Rewriter both have a great method for spinning however for effective spinning for uniqueness to each article directory you need to ensure you spin every sentence in your article at least 3 times and then go back through and spin some of the words.

I use 2 article marketing strategies:

Firstly for backlinks only to my main sites for SEO I mass submit the same article with very little spun content perhaps just a few words however I do spin the titles and resource boxes.

Secondly for uniquness and traffic I personally spin every sentence 3-4 times minimum and then work through the words.

I mass submit using both of these tactics.

Hi,

Here's what you can do.. write articles and submit them to multiple article directories. (ezinearticles, articledashboard, goarticles, etc.) ANother way is spinning your articles - "thebestspinner" is one of the best tool that you can use, you can do a little editing of the spun versions.
Next, article submission service like viral article submitter and mass article submitter - it could help you submit articles in several article directories.

Another suggestion is through uniquearticlewizard, myarticlenetwork, freetrafficsystem.

I am telling you that using THE BEST SPINNER and LINK RACER together are making people VERY HAPPY... They are also using UAW and other directories that are truly helping...

You must understand the more your content is out there, the more back links your building the more you have the chance to get your link clicked by anyone searching the web for something that your an affiliate for!!!

Use them and you will learn that---- your bottom line increases! Your click count increases! Your a happier marketer!

I bought Magic Article Rewriter and Magic Article Spinner last month. I has worked pretty good for me. I spin sentences through the whole article line by line and then spin words throughout the article. It takes a little time, but I get over 130% spin on it. I can spit out thousands of copies and no two will be the same.

Using the article submitter, I usually average about 500 - 600 directories.

I ask others though, is this overkill? I don't seem to be getting a huge amount of backlinks.

For spinning, I use Magical Artical Rewriter, but I have to say that the way I do it now has changed after watching a video I received from SENuke.
I do like the way though that MAR updates it's dictionary of synonyms based on how you use it and your suggestions.

For submissions, it's done through SENuke, but that's my own preference. I do find though that some of the Incansoft products work very well, like for example Directory Bot, and Article Bot.
