Someone told me about a scanner for Amazon that scans books?

Someone told me they heard about a Scanner for Amazon that scans bar codes and immediately the Item appears on Amazon.

Have you heard of this or know what it is?

I tried searching but maybe I don't have the right search term for it.

  • What Im trying to say is that its like a Device that you carry with you. So say your at a Garage sale and you find a book you just scan the book and it goes right onto your Amazon Sellers account.

  • Hmm I wonder if maybe It is a device that attaches to the Iphone. The guy I heard it from heard it through a conference he went to that was with Rich Dad Poor Dad. I been thinking about it ever since. Because if there is not a device for that there should be.

      This is a device that is out there. It is basically a pda with a scanner attached. ($300-1000, depending on the equipment) You also need an ongoing subscription which is $30-40 a month. Many full time booksellers have these, but people who are just want to pickup occasional items to resell usually just use a phone with an internet connections.
