Been Thinking About Selling...

I have a 12 year old single word adult related domain name that I just never did anything with. I threw up a wordpress blog and some copied content and is in the top 4 of the search term. The term gets about 50,000 exact searches a month. The site gets about 150 uniques per day.

The question is, how much and where would be the best place to sell such a site?
