Who are actually making $1 per subscriber per month?

I know $1 per subscriber is supposed to be the average money you shoulp make with your list but I wonder how many of us are actually making that much or more. I am only making about 50c pefr subscribefr currently. I guess I dont promote enoug products or maybe I should start with higher end products.

Its a constant mission to perfect your sales funnel.

So how much are you guys making per subscriber on average?

    The first month someone subscribes I make $3 per sub by promoting my product.
    Then after that I make about .50 per subscriber promoting affiliate products.
    Then when I launch another product I make about $4 per subscriber.

    Understand that e-mail marketing can be difficult and it takes a lot of time to test what works. I was making about .10 per each subscriber I had the first few months I ever tried. After testing 50 headlines and 50 different e-mails I was able to slowly bring it up. It's never as easy as the guru's say it is at first.

    I've also started creating my own cheap $10 products to promote instead of affiliate products because they convert better and I have more control over them.

      I've also noticed that: way higher value-per-subscriber when I promote my own products than affiliate offers. And I mean WAY higher, like 10 times higher.

    I'm making an average of more than that, overall.

    $1 per subscriber is a bit low for most niche lists, in my experience.
