Do you have a business plan?

Hey everyone,

I have been taught that whether you have an offline business or online business, you should have a business plan. Do you have one? If so, what do you include in it? Is it different from a normal plan that a brick and mortar business would use? How often do you look through it to make sure you are following it? I would really like to know opinions. Thanks!

I think this is definitely one of the reasons why 95% of business owners fail. There's no plan in place and no purpose really. It's definitely something that's kept me from getting anywhere. I would go from thing to thing because I never had a plan in place to stick to and see that I am actually building a business.

So now I have a plan, it's rough but it's coming together. I include my target market, the PURPOSE of my business, how I will provide value to that market, and goals. I actually meant to sit down for a good amount of time yesterday and get all this re-written down and clarified but I got distracted Thanks for the reminder!

So what's your plan entail? How are you planning on growing your business?

For a business plan, you should put in what you want to see in your business, simple as that. for example, if you are in the internet marketing niche, you goal of the business plan could be 1000 subscriber in 3 months.

Then you can break that into Plan, Project, and Task :

the plan will looks like this :
Find some good ebook as offers
    have a good squeeze page

then the one project [Find some good ebook as offers], break that down to a project,
then the project will be .
    - download 10 books and find the best one
    - Join a few plr site,
    - search at google,

then the task, would be get a certain date to do the task.
