Looking for a 3rd Party Contest Winner "Selector"

I'm running a small contest at Twitter Coupon for Any Service! | vGal Website Content Writing & Solutions

I was wondering if there any free services out there that will select a winner for me. I know there are retweet ones, but I need to be able to include contestants that don't retweet. They can enter two ways. Does anyone know of anything?

    Not sure if this is practical for you, but you could use RANDOM.ORG - True Random Number Service or another random number generator, assigning a number to each entrant and then creating a screencast video of you selecting the number. I know a lot of sites do this successfully.

    No problem. You can also do this in special programs, but I prefer that site, because they've optimized it to make the numbers "truly" as random as they can be.
