Where Did I See This?

There was a post here about a week or so ago about some software (?) that allows you to move your files on your computer that show up "being used by another program or person." I've looked & can't find it. :confused:

      Hi Adam,

      The files are closed & nothing using it is open. It just gives that message. It will eventually move, but sometimes it takes a day or 2. There was a post about it but I don't remember where it was. I searched & it doesn't come up.
