Can someone please explain the Amazon S3 Calculator?

I'm trying to figure out a rough estimate on how much it's going to cost me per month to launch a video training product but I don't know what the heck I'm inputting on the amazon calc.

I know the obvious data transfer, data storage stuff, but what exactly are:

PUT/COPY/POST/LIST Requests:
&
GET and Other Requests:

And how do I estimate those?

I believe the PUT, COPY, POST refers to you uploading/moving your content, but I could be wrong.

I can tell you Amazon S3 is very cheap and you won't regret using it, I would barely factor this as an expense...
