5 Day Traffic System (flushing it out for my outsources)

So this is what Ive got so far. Im using VA's/link builders from Philippines/India...
Meant to be able to work 6 hours/day.
Where is it weak, what should I add in, what should I drop out. Lets scupt it.

So each monday morning they get their 5 articles for the week. Heres what it looks like so far...

1 Week Traffic System - 5 articles/week

Monday

Schedule articles to release on blog at 1 per day.
Submit articles on submityourarticle
Manually submit articles to ezinearticles
Link to article 1 on social bookmarking/social profiles.

Tuesday

Convert articles into videos
Schedule/submit videos on trafficgeyser
-or if trafficgeyser not available, submit on tubemogul
Link to article 2 on social book marking/social profiles

Wednesday

Link to article 3 on social bookmarking/social media profiles
Directory submissions

Thursday

Locate/email link partners/purchase established links
-If cannot find many/hour, start on Friday work
Link to article 4 on social bookmarking/social media profiles

Friday

Convert articles into hubpages/weebly/squidoo lenses/wordpress.com/blogger.com pages
