Don't sublet hosting from someone. Get hosting directly from established hosting companies with readily available support, rather than via a middleman (that is, the person you're subletting from). While it should be obvious to non-idiots, certain individuals (namely me) always have to learn things the hard, stupid, and messy way. It sounded good in the description, but I've gotten nothing but grief from it (I mean major pie-in-the-face meltdown fiascos) and never what was promised.
