Are you talking about digital delivery, or physical delivery?

I recommend DLGuard for digital delivery.

(I would Never use Clickbank for delivery, but only if I were interested in Affiliate Sales, ...and even then, Rapid Action Profits is a better choice.)

If you have a linux server you can do this for next to nothing. Lot's of scripts are available to do this. You don't need to pay monthly fees unless you really want to or have a specific reason to do so.

That depends on if you are creating a one time download product or a membership type site. Also remember, the more you "lock down" your product, generally the more customer support issues you create. On the other hand you dont want people ripping you off... so it's a balance.
