Hey Audray,

Try using the buttons in the bottom left corner of the posts that the seller has made on the forum. You can report them or add an infraction if they haven't delivered.

You could also try contacting Warrior Forum support: Warrior Forum Helpdesk

Here is a portion of the WSO rules:

4. If By Chance You Do Get Scammed By Someone The Problem Is Between You And Them. Not The Forum. Not The MOD's. And Not The Forum Owner. If you get scammed you deal with the person that scammed you. That's just the way it has to be. You have zero protection in here just like you have zero protection on the rest of the Internet. You can charge back on them, you can sue them or you can post about them all over the Internet. Whatever you do is entirely between you and the seller.

Did they give you an email address? I would email them just in case they just haven't had time to check the forum.

Also do a search online for their name and see if they have a help desk or some other contact details.

For someone selling a digital product there's no advantage at all in not delivering so it's probably just a matter of getting a message to them and getting a message back.

In many cases people don't receive automated emails with download links because their ISP is dumping them.

This is very common when you have a hotmail, yahoo or aol email address.

Has it been longer than 48 hours?

Sellers are responsible for their products here. I don't know what offer you are referring to or who it is, but you can also check their profile and see when the last time was that they posted here on the forum.

They may have an email or skype or other contact information as well in the profile.

If it goes too long, well - I can't tell you how to proceed.

Personally for me it would depend on the persons reputation - as someone might be having issues with something (I did myself once for a couple of days and had no idea).

Sometimes things in the outside world could get in the way of delivering products manually. It's only an excuse though if it is genuine, ie sudden illness, death in family etc etc.

Go to the thread, click the sellers user id and check when he/she was last online.

If it's been a while perhaps there is a genuine reason. Of course nothing is conclusive.

It's been almost a week. I agree you should have it by now. That's the gamble with one person businesses. If that person gets sick or for some reason can't work, nothing gets done.

If Russell Brunson didn't show up for work his business would continue and people would still get problems solved.

You know, he has a "home page" listed in the profile, and there is contact information on the bottom of that page. I bet that would go to his direct email.

we don't know what happen to the seller,yes agree with Riz check the last time the seller login... unless he/she is still in the forum then there must be something going on
