Monitor service will cease operations.

Please read this email carefully for:

* Details on the Delivery Monitor closure.

* Recommendations on how to track your deliverability as
you transition away from Delivery Monitor.

Shutdown Date and Billing/Refund Information
------------------------------------------------------------

Delivery Monitor will continue to work normally through
Monday, June 1st 2010.

On Tuesday, June 2nd 2010:

* Delivery Monitor will stop checking seed list addresses.

* The Delivery Monitor interface will become unavailable.

* Any prepaid/unused service will be refunded.

Why Is Delivery Monitor Closing?

While Delivery Monitor does have an existing base of active
customers like you, we haven't experienced the growth we
envisioned when we introduced the service in 2004.

During that same time, we've experienced extraordinary
growth in AWeber.com (our email marketing solution that now
serves over 80,000 businesses worldwide).

We're closing Delivery Monitor to focus our efforts more
acutely on growing AWeber and other business opportunities
that it presents.
