Is there any free tool to merge 2 Images into one? I do not have Photoshop

Are you talking about stiching them togther like a Panorama?

If so are you talking more than two?

  You could do it with almost any graphics tool - even Windows Paint (the free one that comes with Windows) allows you to do a simple stitch.
  
  If you're looking for something more powerful, check out The GIMP; it's a free graphics software that's a decent alternative if you don't have the money for Photoshop...

Gimp is a great free tool:

GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program

You could also try picasa:
Picasa 3: Free download from Google

If you just need a quickie, pm me the details and link to the graphics - I'll do it for ya. (and yes, I have photoshop) lol
