Where Is Your Backup List?
Has anybody else ever noticed that E-Junkie as an email function? I originally signed up beacuse I noticed that they offered a download protector, payment processor and affiliate program. Not to mention the $5 a month price tag was cheap enough to grab this service up even if it was one of those three services let alone all 3.
Today I was sending out a copy of my WSO to somebody who did a trade with me. You know a I will show you mine if you will show me yours. Only with WSO's of course.
But when I went and submitted it I seen something that I never noticed before. It said email added to list. At first I scratched my head and was thinking what the hell. After a little bit of looking around I seen that there is a Broadcast an update option where you can send a message out to all of your buyers.
I normally go and have all my buyer and freebie seekers alike opt into my GetResponse driven email lists. But what would happen if something happened. You know something like GetResponse going down for a few days or worse yet closing all together. I dont see either of them happening but as you probably know anything can happen.
I just feel a little bit safer now knowing that I have another copy of my most important lists out there, my buyer lists.
