Need help on what do with my Video website.

I have a Video clone website that has 5 to 10 people join it a day. Most of the videos are small business videos or Internet markers selling a variety of digital or real goods.

My questions is what should I do with this site, I have put up affiliate ads, but no sales so far, so I left them off for a clean look on the website.

Should I add a certain feature like a Dating script or Forum page?

I've tried a couple contests for video creation, but no entries. Like a 30 seconds video to tell a joke, prize was $50. It looks like you have to offer prize money of at least $1000 for any contest to work.

    People are getting used to ignoring traditional affiliate ads or adwords ads, etc..

    You need to have some more relevant advertising. Try adding your own articles area where you feature your own handpicked "best of the web" products for which you are an affiliate of. Example: amazon products. These should be products relevant your subject matter. Perhaps people will pay more attention this way?

    Maybe if you seem to be getting tons of traffic from small business video makers, you should have a few articles about making good videos which features video making equipment, software, supplies, books, etc...
