Your recommendation/thoughts on best reseller hosting with support included in package?

I need to move my current reseller hosting (don't want to talk bad about them, but I am not pleased) to a new provider (also, my current provider for reseller hosting is overseas and the currency exchange rate is making it a lot more expensive than it needs to be).

I wanted to see if any fellow Warriors have recommendations on Reseller Hosting accounts (needs to have a good size and bandwidth of course) that include support provided by the host (as opposed to me having to do all the support or outsource it myself).
